4 easy bites: deviled egg board
This snack board is fun for a large party (maybe next year), because the “bites” are ready to be picked up and eaten. It was originally on the 24-inch (gray board) but no longer available, which is why we came out with our own line of BIG BOARDS. Our largest is 26-inches (see info at bottom).

- Deviled eggs with bacon
- Ritz cracker bites with cream cheese: ham, and salami and radishes
- Ritz cracker bites with strawberry cream cheese, blueberries, and strawberries
Ingredients for Deviled Egg Snack Board
- Deviled eggs (use your favorite egg recipe)
- Ritz crackers
- Strawberry cream cheese + regular cream cheese
- Small pieces: ham, salami, cheese, strawberries, and radish slices
- White and yellow cheese
- Blueberries and strawberries
- Fresh dill
- Jordan almonds (or your favorite candy per season)

A lot of people overlook the value of our connections that we have with one another. And now’s the time in our world to think of ways to be generous. Generosity may come across as only being a financial thing, but we can also be generous with our time, words, and connections!
I’ve told this story many times, but for years when my husband and I would host a dinner, we’d think about new people to invite. Who should know who? Who could benefit by knowing this other couple?
Why do we need each other? To help solve problems, offer expertise, and open doors. To offer insight and connection!
If you can’t personally be the one to do a chore, or take the time to offer your assistance, most likely you know someone who can! I think back to the Meals Ministry at church that I started years ago. I orchestrated and ran the program, and used my connections to help people in need.
What can you serve with deviled eggs?
Deviled Eggs go very well with Mini Caprese Skewers. You can also roll ham stuffed with seasoned cream cheese!

Can you make deviled eggs ahead of time?
Yes, you can make deviled eggs up to two days in advance. The key is to keep the whites and egg yolk filling separate. Wrap the egg white halves well with plastic wrap and keep the egg yolk filling sealed in a resealable plastic bag with all the air squeezed out. Put together right before serving.

Ingredients
- 18 eggs, boiled, halved, filled (use your favorite egg recipe)
- Ritz crackers
- Strawberry cream cheese
- Cream cheese
- Small pieces:
- Ham
- Salami
- White cheese
- Yellow cheese
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Radish slices
- Fresh dill
- Jordan almonds, or your favorite candy per season
Instructions
Boil eggs ahead and make sure they are cold before making this board.
Follow deviled egg recipe and make the eggs first.
On a large board, place a large bowl of your favorite Easter or spring candy in the center. Arrange the deviled eggs around the bowl.
On Ritz crackers, spread half of the bites with strawberry cream cheese, a slice of strawberry or one blueberry.
On the other half of Ritz crackers, spread regular cream cheese, a small piece of cheese and meat, or a radish slice (with fresh dill).
Serve right away!
