@comcastcares They’ve already identified an issue with the box that requires that I send it back. But you’re trying to charge me for 3 boxes when only one of mine currently sorta works (scheduled recordings are not reliable). Unacceptable practice, especially given how much your service costs.

@KamalaHarris any chance that you and @JoeBiden could do something about the ISP (Comcast) monthly data caps when you are in office? Internet service costs them little to nothing but they pass huge bills on to the customers. Btw school & working from home they are killing us

Tell me how this makes sense @comcastcares : my box has been malfunctioning for my whole first month. I asked for a replacement and you try and CHARGE me for 3 boxes while the other one is coming?!? When only one of my boxes half works, you tried to charge me for 2 more. Awful.

While I’m at it I’ll also say that the way large communications companies continue to mislead and manipulate customers is terrible. It’s not just @ATT. We’re on @Xfinity and they’re just as bad at customer service & loyalty.

The fact that @AltitudeTV and @comcast haven’t come to a deal shows how big of PIECE OF **** both companies are. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and Coloradans can’t even watch our local teams (in person or on TV). Both of you should be ashamed!!!#BringBackAltitude

Make sure you keep a CLOSE look at your @Xfinity bill! Our bill was $70 higher than normal! We've never been late, have proof that we pay it on time each month. They can't explain where it came from and are refusing to take it off..not paying it until they tell me what it's for!

@SenTinaSmith @amyklobuchar @BettyMcCollum04 please look into the outrageous charges Comcast and Xfinity charge for tv and cable service. They just raised their “service “ fees $7.50 a month. While they promised customers they would not increase fees for two years.
