Arrival Lobby (2024)

After exiting the baggage claim area, you enter the airport arrival lobby to find the meeting points information and other desks. The airport information desk operates 24/7, and their friendly staff, who speak English and German, will assist you with all your questions regarding the airport or getting out and about. The tourist information desk is the best place for all your travel needs in Prague, and we also recommend that you pick up a copy of the free city map. Currency Exchange desks allow passengers to obtain local currency or use the ATMs. The transportation service desk of Uber provides assistance with taxi booking while passengers in need of public buses can stop at the public transport desk to buy tickets or obtain information. Car hire desks are located outside of the main terminal at Parking C block, about 100 meters from Terminal 1.
